BodyVelour requires a $25 non refundable booking fee is required to secure the booking.
Please Pay it through the invoice that is provided.
Payment must be made within 24h otherwise the booking won’t be confirmed.
Booking fee will be deducted from the cost of the treatment.
You must let me know at least 24h before scheduled appointment if you’d like to cancel or reschedule.
If you choose to reschedule, booking fee will be transferred to the new booking.
If you cancel, it will be returned.
Late Cancellations & No Shows
Booking fee will not be returned for bookings cancelled less than 24h before scheduled appointment or no shows.
Clients who fail to give 24h notice will be charged 50% of the treatment cost and will be required to pay up front for future appointments. Clients who don’t show up to their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the treatment cost and will be required to pay up front for future appointments.
Lateness: if you’re late to your appointment I will complete the treatment in time remaining however this will result in less lashes being applied.
Make up – Please remove your eye make up before your appointment. Any traces of make up on your lashes will cause the adhesive to slip of which will result in poor retention. If you’re unable to remove your eye make up I will remove it to the best of my ability but will take no responsibility for the retention. Additionally, the time spend on removal will be deducted from your appointment time resulting in less lashes being applied. Strip Lash Wearers are advised that any traces of strip lash glue left over on natural lashes is extremely difficult to remove and will cause the adhesive to slip of which will result in poor retention. If you’re unable to remove it I will remove it to the best of my ability but will take no responsibility for the retention. Additionally, the time spend on removal will be deducted from your appointment time resulting in less lashes being applied.
Mascara & Strip Lashes are strictly forbidden from using on eyelash extensions. Strip lash glue or mascara will result in removal and new set application charged accordingly. Contact lenses must be removed prior to appointment. Aftercare is provided and must be followed. Lashes MUST be washed everyday using a professional lash shampoo. Eyelash Extensions treatment in an individual, 1:1 treatment.
No kids or friends/family is allowed You are paying for my time, product and other expenses used to provide you with a service. No refunds will be given for any reason on services or products. If you are unhappy with a service, you may contact me within 3 days of your appointment to discuss your concerns and arrange a complimentary fix up appointment.
Any concerns addressed after 3 days of appointment or if you failed to follow the proper aftercare instructions will be charged at full price for the service.
We ask that our clients are on time for their appointments to ensure sufficient time for quality results. The deposit must be paid in order to secure your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals, the length of the appointment may be reduced due to time restraints. Clients arriving beyond 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, as accommodating late clients may inconvenience the time of the next appointments. -In that case, the deposit will be non-refundable and clients will need to pay for another deposit from the rescheduled appointment. While we will try our best to accommodate you, understand that your appointment may be rescheduled at our discretion.
We Do not offer Any Refunds. We will be happy to correct a service within 3 days of the initial services date.
